To strengthen our team in Germany, Ebsdorfergrund we are looking for an

Project Manager (Biologist, Biochemist) - (m/f/d)

to provide technical and logistical support to our worldwide sales team. 

 

What you can expect:

 

  • You will take a central position in the company structure and serve as a coordinator between sales, product management and administration.
  • You will coordinate customer enquiries and sales processes up to the complete order processing.
  • You support our German Sales Reps in all matters.
  • You actively help our international sales team with technical questions, logistical problems and pricing.
  • You explain our products to our globally operating distributor from a technical, scientific and also from a sales point of view.

 

What you should bring with you:

 

  • You have successfully completed a biological - biochemical degree.
  • You are characterised by your outstanding communication skills and have excellent, business-fluent written and spoken German and English. 
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer consulting.

EXPORT MANAGER (m/f/d)

to support and expand our network of distributors.

 

Your role will include:

 

  • You will support the sales management in all international sales activities to increase the company turnover and to gain new market shares.
  • You control and coordinate sales trainings.
  • You will look after national and international customers incl. regular on-site visits (if the situation allows visits again)
  • You observe our market as well as our competitors and prepare price and competition analyses.
  • You can explain our products to our dealers technically, scientifically and also from the point of view of sales strategy.
  • You represent our company at trade fairs and sales events.
  • You actively support the sales management as well as the management in the creation of marketing and sales strategies as well as their implementation.
  • You control and coordinate the sales processes from acquisition to complete order processing.

 

What you should bring with you:

 

  • You have successfully completed a biological - biochemical degree.
  • You have several years of sales experience in the life science sector.
  • You are distinguished by your outstanding communication skills and have excellent, business-fluent German and English. Ideally, you speak other languages and have international experience.
  • Goal-oriented, analytical and creative thinking round off your profile.

We are looking for an

INDUSTRIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/f/d)

to handle our growing business with key accounts in Germany, Austria and Holland. We focus our business on the development and promotion of serum-free media, customized liquid media in bags as well as the promotion of our powder media. To enlarge our business field, we look for the strong, motivated and self-organised person with experiences in sales of Life Science products.

 

Your role will include:

 

  • Promotion of key products to Industrial accounts.
  • Promoting defined media for production of rec. proteins and other derivates.
  • Focusing on sales of serum-free and powder media.
  • Seeking for customised business opportunities.
  • Determining the decision makers within these accounts.
  • Working closely with production and QA departments.
  • Arranging facility audits.
  • Providing technical support and acting as link person between customer and the Capricorn Scientific production.
  • Developing our growing business with existing accounts and seeking new business opportunities.
  • Achieving agreed sales budgets.

 

We are looking for a skilled person who:

 

  • Has a degree in a biological science (Cell Culture, Microbiology, Molecular Biology) or related disciplines.
  • Is a highly motivated entrepreneur ´self starter´ with ability to work using own initiative and, at the same time, to be part of an International team.
  • Has at least 3 years’ experience in sales.
  • Has high level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is open for extensive travelling.
  • Has a high level of ´common sense´ remaining focussed under pressure.
  • Is fluent in written and spoken English. Other language skills are an advantage.
  • Has clean full driving licence.
  • Is willing to travel outside of Germany when required.
