CHOventure Media System
The CHOventure Media System consists of three components for adaptable high yield expression in fed-batch cultures. Therefore, it is composed of a growth medium which is complemented by two nutrient supplements Feed A and Feed B.
Two feeds allow for combinatorial variations to meet the specific needs of different CHO clones and production approaches. Both feeds sustain the cells with additional valuable nutrients, increasing the productivity and cell growth in recombinant expression systems.
CHOventure Feed A contains a balanced mixture of concentrated amino acids, vitamins, salts, trace elements and a carbon source. CHOventure Feed B is composed of additional selected amino acids.
Together, the sophisticated media system supports high viable cell densities of up to 25 Million cells and exceptionally high protein titers of 15g/L.

CHOventure Growth Medium
CHOventure Growth Medium is designed for high-yield expression of recombinant proteins, reaching titers up to 15 g/L. CHOventure features robust and scalable growth performance, from small-scale experiments to large-scale bioreactors. For stable and efficient expression, CHOventure is a chemically defined composition supplemented with valuable trace elements, lipids, and hypoxanthine/thymidine.

CHOventure Feeding Supplements
The CHOventure product line contains two feeding supplements, CHOventure Feed A and B, which sustain cell cultures with additional nutrients.
