Your Responsibilities:

• Introduction of new, innovative products including international launch campaigns
• Planning, implementation, and performance monitoring of marketing campaigns in close coordination with sales and marketing
• Maintenance and strategic development of the product portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle
• Technical support for international customer groups and sales partners
• Concept development, creation, and continuous improvement of clear and user-friendly product documentation
• Maintenance of price lists and calculation of competitive pricing
• Conducting market, potential, and competitive analyses
• Central interface for all internal departments regarding product-related matters
• Training of sales and marketing teams as well as customers
• Representation of the company at national and international trade fairs and conferences

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed degree in a natural science discipline (e.g. biology, biotechnology, or comparable)
• Initial professional experience in product management or related fields is an advantage
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• Hands-on experience in the application of cell cultures
• Confident handling of documentation and structured document management
• Very good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• High level of teamwork as well as a professional, customer- and service-oriented demeanor
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Team spirit, creativity, and flexibility
