Description
FreezeMe ZERO is a DMSO-free cryopreservation medium developed to support long-term storage of mammalian cell lines. Unlike conventional cryopreservation solutions, FreezeMe ZERO eliminates dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), reducing transcriptomic, metabolic, and epigenetic perturbations associated with freeze–thaw cycles.
The formulation preserves cellular integrity beyond post-thaw viability, supporting stable cell performance and reproducibility over extended storage periods. FreezeMe ZERO enables high-density cryopreservation and robust post-thaw recovery, making it particularly suitable for the generation and maintenance of Master and Working Cell Banks.
