Description

FreezeMe ZERO Primary is a DMSO-free cryopreservation medium developed for the reliable long-term storage of primary immune and stromal cells, including PBMCs, T cells, NK cells and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Unlike conventional cryopreservation media, FreezeMe ZERO Primary eliminates dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), minimizing transcriptomic, metabolic and epigenetic perturbations associated with freeze–thaw cycles.

The formulation is specifically designed to preserve biologically relevant cell states beyond post-thaw viability, supporting native cellular physiology and rapid functional recovery without DMSO-induced activation artifacts. This makes FreezeMe ZERO Primary particularly suitable for applications where cell identity, function and data comparability are critical, such as immunomonitoring, diagnostics and translational research.

The chemically defined, protein-free and animal component-free composition reduces variability, supporting both academic and regulated workflows, including diagnostic, clinical and biobanking applications.
