CHO|ONE Feed 1B is a feeding solution with a modified salt composition that can be universally combined with all CHO|ONE Media formulations. As part of the CHO|ONE Feed FlexKit, it provides a refined nutrient selection at optimized salt concentrations, helping to control osmolality and reduce the accumulation of inhibitory metabolites during fed‑batch culture.

By carefully adjusting salt concentrations without compromising nutrient delivery, CHO|ONE Feed 1B slows osmolality increase and reduces waste accumulation. This prolongs culture viability, especially for CHO clones that are sensitive to osmotic pressure. The result is higher integral viable cell density and sustained antibody or protein titers over extended culture durations.
