Description

The CHO|ONE Feed FlexKit is a versatile feed screening system for identifying optimal feeding strategies in CHO cell culture processes. By testing different CHO|ONE Feed 1 variants in combination with CHO|ONE Feed 2, the system enables establishment of a feeding strategy precisely aligned with clone-specific requirements in fed-batch applications.

Each kit includes three different CHO|ONE Feed 1 variants alongside one CHO|ONE Feed 2:

CHO|ONE Feed 1A – A robust all-rounder suitable for a wide range of CHO clones and fed-batch processes
CHO|ONE Feed 1B – Optimized salt concentrations to help control osmolality and metabolite accumulation
CHO|ONE Feed 1C – Reduced nutrient load for nutrient-sensitive CHO clones
CHO|ONE Feed 2 – Delivers an additional boost of metabolic support

The CHO|ONE Feed FlexKit is designed for use after identifying a suitable expression medium (e.g., via CHO|ONE Media FlexKit screening). All feeds are precisely aligned with CHO|ONE Media FlexKit formulations, ensuring compatibility and system-based optimization of media and feeding strategies.
